There are important gaps in our knowledge about what makes health systems high-performing, resilient, and sustainable. Yet, across the globe, hundreds of health systems exist that have been designed differently, to respond to similar challenges. Our goal is to harness the knowledge that exists across countries to identify threats to their sustainability, and generate evidence on how best to respond to them.
